The king room was beautifully done. Very spacious. The bartenders are amazing. They can remember orders like crazy and are super nice when you just want "something fruity". The hotel valet was great. We lost our ticket and they were super helpful getting us figured out. All around I had an amazing time!
Very nice theater with good seat room. I sat in the back and still had a great view. The buffet was also satisfying. Has a good mix of every different culture so you're bound to find something you like and the desserts were all amazing and was definitely the biggest selection. I didn't gamble but it's gambling so it's as good as it is anywhere when it comes to machines.
The experience was a good one. I have enjoyed dining and the rooms amenities. It seems as though my outdoor views have been largely similar regardless of my rooms location. My complaints are - no matter what temperature the thermostat is set for the temperature fluctuates greatly. Also the air is very dry. Aside from those issues it was a pleasant stay.
The hotel is really nice but ridiculously expensive in my opinion. Large casino with lots of games. My experience throughout the years is that the slots have gotten tighter (less payout/bonuses). Love playing bingo here and the food is good, some of it great. Overall, this is a nice casino. They’ve done a lot over the years to improve appearance and cleanliness. Nice time if you’ve got money to burn.
Had the best time ever. The staff is so friendly and helpful. I was there for part of the New Year's Eve celebrations which included a dinner and a show. The dinner that was held in the convention area was probably the best dinner I have ever eaten in a hotel setting given I have gone to conventions at other hotels for over 20 years. I am looking forward to going back at the end of February for my husband's convention being held there. The convention center is an impressive area. The show was awesome, great seating, roomy seating and Buddy Guy well who can not love him.
