Don't get chainsaw blades sharpened here. I brought in 5 it took 2 hours to do just 4 of them and I still haven't gotten my ripping blade back because they didn't know how to sharpen it. I used one of the 4 this past weekend and not only is it about half a blade now but it wasn't even sharp. It was easily twice as sharp after resharpening by hand.
The folks at Carlson Hardware literally re-defined customer service. After learning that they carry the new Traeger Timberline grills I made over an hour drive to investigate/purchase one. They took the time to walk me through not only the Traeger grills, but the competition as well to ensure that the product met my needs (and wants). I decided on the Timberline and after trying to stuff it in my Yukon, realized it wouldn't fit. Without asking Al mentioned that he would deliver it to my house in Otsego (again, over an hour away) fully assembled, with pellets the next morning so I can get a start on an all day smoke. Incredibly impressed. They just earned a long time customer. Thanks!
Worst purchasing experience of my life. They are crooks here. I bought a brand new mower and it never ran right. After 3 times in the shop in 4 weeks I asked to return it or exchange it for a new one. They said they would credit my card back $50 less than purchase price or charge me $50 more for the same mower. I asked why and there response was "we can't take a loss in a purchase like this." So I bought a mower that would not stay running brand new, never even made it three mowing once, and returned it for $50 less than I paid for it. Worst customer service when you have a problem with something you bought here.
